  Whole new staff here now and its paying off. I used to avoid this place like the plague but didn't have a choice one day when my phone wouldn't turn on. Even tho they are not a service center, one of the reps there is an old technician and was willing to work on my phone a bit. They managed to get me back up and running even tho 1800 said it was probably dead and would be better to upgrade. I didn't want to upgrade and they made sure I didn't have to, thank you Thibodaux! We ended up going back a week later with my sister to transfer over from AT&T and they got everything set up quickly and even transferred over her information from her old phone so we didn't have to. I won't have to travel all the way to Houma anymore so it really makes me happy.
